A Loving Spoonful is a volunteer-driven, non-partisan Society that provides an average of 100,000 free, nutritious meals to people living with HIV/AIDS in Metro Vancouver. Every week, all year round for over 25 years our volunteers have delivered meals to men, women and children who are primarily homebound with HIV/AIDS. Our average meal cost is only $3.55. A Loving Spoonful receives approximately 20% government funding, the remainder is raised through fundraising efforts.
