The Board and Staff of the Hastings North Business Improvement Association recognizes that racism and violence against Black, Indigenous and other minority groups have been and continues to be part of Canadian society.
We recognize that this is a pervasive daily experience for many people in our country, our province, our city and our neighbourhood.
The HNBIA board, staff and members are committed to working with our community partners to strengthen actions to support Black and Indigenous people and those who identify as part of other minority groups.
We are committed to collaborating with our neighbourhood partners and the BIPOC community to create and ensure a safe and welcoming society for all.
