HASTINGS NORTH COMMUNITY GRANTS OF $500 – $1500 ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE HASTINGS NORTH COMMUNITY PARTNERS GROUP.
Individuals who both live within the area of Boundary Road to Victoria Drive, and 1st Avenue North to the waterfront can apply for grants to help celebrate our community.
New projects and events will be given first consideration for funding, as will those that intentionally promote social inclusion and cross-cultural connections, and can bring the broader community together to participate. Projects can include:- Cultural and performance activities
- Murals and art projects
- Community celebrations, dances and festivals
- Community and neighbourhood gardens
- Food security projects
- Resident led classes
- Community led dialogues and discussions …and more!
