Meet Ross and his team, our next door neighbours at Mac-Talla Cycles located at 2626 East Hastings Street. Ross is originally from Europe, but has raced since the age of 7, and has worked in bike shops in 3 different continents. With his abundance of knowledge and experience under his belt, Ross invests plenty of his energy into taking care of his staff as well as his customers. He believes that investing in his staff is the key, not only to a successful business, but to happy customers and flawless work. The staff at Mac-Talla Cycles are all thoroughly educated, trained, and meticulous with their work because Ross believes, “I value our customers too much to simply be guessing.”
What makes Mac-Talla Cycles different than other bike shops is Ross’ goal to leave customers feeling liberated. “We take time to help people with more than just servicing their bikes, we want customers to leave feeling knowledgeable and empowered.”
Juggling two businesses, if Ross manages to squeeze in a day off, you can find him riding his bike, spending time with his wife, or eating at his favourite spot in the neighbourhood, Tamam.
