Sushi Workshop – January 21 from 11am – 2pm 4pm $69 per person

Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make sushi! In this extremely popular hands-on class, Chef Cindy Low will teach you how to make the vinegared sushi rice, how to mix wasabi, how to prepare fillings (seafood, vegetarian, tofu, eggs, Japanese pickles) and how to make sushi rolls, cones and other styles and shapes. Join Gourmet Warehouse’s in-house chef and knife specialist, Kris Bihis, as he guides you through knife skills. He will cover all the techniques needed to cut and chop brunoise, batons, chiffonade and dice with confidence. The vegetables will be turned into soup for your post class lunch enjoyment.
