Platform 7 Coffee | 2331 East Hastings Street, Vancouver | Grandview-Woodland

The Perumisu

Price: $6.00 Offered: Daily, all the time.

Description: Like the heights of a great mountain, this dessert tower is stacked with sponge cake, nestled with juicy blackberry, vanilla custard, and a crown of whip cream.  Our take on the Italian classic, the mighty Perumisu blends our two staples, coffee and dessert, in perfect harmony.  Made with Stumptown’s glorious single origin Peruvian Churupampa, with notes of blackberry, clove and chocolate for a rich, sinfully delightful flavour.
