Join Chef Caren McSherry as she teaches you that there is so much more to salad than just a bowl of side greens. In this class you will get so many ideas on salads for lunch, light dinner or a buffet selection.


  • French lentils on a bed of baby spinach, grilled artichokes hearts, balsamic roasted garlic cloves.
  • Popped Quinoa, salmon candy pieces, topped with grilled halloumi squares and drizzled with a smoky Spanish paprika dressing.
  • Indonesian Gado Gado bowl salad is a marriage of eggs, baby nugget potatoes, tempeh, crunchy vegetables and served with a chili peanut dressing and topped with crispy rice noodles.
  • Indian rice salad with shredded curry poached chicken, vegetables, cashews and a mango chutney vinaigrette.
  • Pesto, chorizo fontina rolls to accent the salads

All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.

All classes are non-refundable, although you can send a friend in your place!
