“As a chef, I can’t live without a non-stick pan and a sharp knife—they’re essential for cooking with precision. Fresh herbs like green onions, basil, culantro, and bean sprouts are also crucial for authentic Vietnamese dishes. And, of course, a clean towel is the first thing I grab when I step into the kitchen—it helps me stay organized and focused.”
