Kessel and March – Modern European Fare

Have you had a chance to experience Kessel & March? If you haven’t, then you should check out these awesome dishes available for lunch Monday through Friday (11:30a – 3:00pm). This is modern European lunching at it’s finest!

We had the pleasure of holding an informal lunch meeting here a few weeks back and can’t stop thinking about our meals. Of course, all of us ordered different dishes — because we had to try as much as we can while we’re there, right?

Up first was the restaurant’s “Protein Combo” which comes with a side of all three of their housemade salads. Quite often when you go in for lunch there will be a different option available that isn’t mentioned on the website, like their special that day, the Smoked Bison sandwich. Tender smoked Bison inside a Zopf bun, which is sweet and salty and gives you a little bit of that Swiss feeling. Are you getting hungry yet?

The last dish we enjoyed was a lamb that’s sous-vide for 14 hours, allowing for ultimate tenderness. Lunch is never complete without dessert, and Chef Tony has always impressed us not only with his cooking, but also with his baked goods and pastries. There were a few baked options available while we we dined, including chocolate chip cookies, carrot cake, lemon tart, apple tart, coconut macaroon and pavlova.

Make your way into Kessel and March for your next lunch meeting — we promise you won’t be disappointed.
