At Pallet Coffee Roasters, quality always comes first. We source in-season coffee beans from exceptional producers around the world to ensure every cup is perfect. Before we introduce a new coffee to our menu, it must pass multiple rigorous cupping and tasting sessions in order to qualify against our stringent standards. Our roastery and coffee shop sits in between the industrial and residential sections of Vancouver’s East Village neighbourhood. The comfortable and spacious setting, accented with natural wood and industrial-style decor, is a welcoming place to enjoy our current offerings. An open layout also allows visitors to see our roaster in action and witness the overall coffee roasting process.
