Vancouver Tap Dance Society strives to be a leader in the promotion and preservation of tap dance and is dedicated to developing an awareness of this art form. The society’s mandate includes the Tap Academy, Vancouver International Tap Festival, TapCo, a youth performance ensemble and an Outreach Program that provides classes to hundreds of children each year.
