Come join the team at The Pie Shoppe on Sunday, August 13th for an afternoon of pie baking! Together you’ll chat about stone fruit, sugars, starches, perfecting flaky crust, and create a brilliant tree fruit pie. You’ll be working with local and organic ingredients sourced from around here and the Okanagan. While the pies are baking, we will have some snacks and drinks.
