One Hour Workshop Pie Dough Demonstration with The Pie Ladies
This is an opportunity to ask all of your pie baking questions, right before Christmas time. They designed this little lecture to show you some tricks and take the guess work out of making pie for the holidays.
The ladies will be making a few classic’s and tarts in the workshop including a Traditional Mincemeat, Apple & Salted Caramel, show you some lattice work along with some crimps and crusts.
Enjoy a slice of pie and coffee for afters.
This will be a very casual hour of Q & A.
WHEN: Sunday, December, 11th, 4 P.M. to 5 P.M.
WHERE: The New Pie Shoppe at 1875 Powell Street, Vancouver, British Columbia . We are located in the middle of the city. Class size is limited to 25 folks. You will not be getting dirty! Workshops will involve wheat flour. Our space is not gluten free, nor is any of the snacks provided. Keep in mind our kitchen is small, so this chat will be very intimate and cozy.
CANCELLATION: Should you need to cancel you will receive 75% of your money back up to two weeks before the class date. If you cannot attend, yet it is past the refund date, you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
