DEMYSTIFYING THAI HOME COOKING | 6 pm – 9 pm

Thai cooking is much easier than it seems! This class will lay the foundation of this popular cuisine by teaching you a recipe from each of the four major categories of Thai dishes: Soup, Salad, Stir-fry and Curry.

You will learn many classic Thai cooking techniques, and get to know staple Thai ingredients, including how to buy, use, and store them.

MENU

  • Coconut Galangal chicken soup
  • Corn Cucumber salad with salted duck eggs
  • Eggplant & pork stir-fry with Thai basil
  • Red curry chicken with kabocha squash

– All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.
– All classes are non-refundable, although you can send a friend in your place!
