Chef Pailin teaches Thai cooking with an emphasis on a deep understanding of Thai dishes and Thai cuisine, rather than just following recipes. This class covers a dish from each of the four major categories of Thai cooking: soup, salad, stir-fry, and curry. After this class, Thai food will seem much easier to make at home!

• Kao Pad Sapparod – Pineapple Fried Rice
• Panang Mangsawirat – Vegetarian Panang Curry with Roasted Vegetables
