In this practice, the contemplation of different aspects of our physical and mental experience leads to a deeper understanding of the truths of impermanence, unsatisfactoriness, and non-self.
The practices can challenge many of our views about ourselves and our experience; as such, this class is not suitable for people who are new to meditation, who have major unresolved trauma, or who are facing major losses or grief right now.
