Bread baking is fun, challenging, and highly rewarding. Take the time to learn the craft and you will be producing bread that surpasses what is found in most supermarkets and will rival the best bakeries (not an exaggeration). On top of that, you will have complete control over every ingredients that goes into the bread you make; No more dough conditioners, preservatives, or fake bread for you!
• Sourdough country loaf
• Black charcoal kamut sourdough pizza, chickpea hummus, oyster mushrooms
• Kale, sunflower tahini, roasted seeds, sourdough crumb salad
• Long fermented cinnamon sticky buns
• Sourdough pumpkin molasses scones
All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.
All classes are non-refundable, although you can send a friend in your place!
