Using Pilates to sooth and balance. In this 8 week progressive class we slow down and focus on gentle movements to restore our nervous system and create balance in our bodies. Blended with restorative yoga, we move from using massage balls to release tight spots to finding ease and relaxation in traditional pilates. Come to feel balanced and restored
