In this demonstration class participants will learn how to prepare some fun and crowd pleasing vegetarian dishes that would wow any meat eater. This is the perfect dinner to make to entertain even the pickiest of guests!

MENU
• Savoury Phyllo Pies with Mushroom Duxelles and Julienned Seasonal Vegetables, Porcini Cream and Watercress
• Spicy Potato Pot with Harissa, Peas, Mustard, Turmeric and Garam Masala
• Turkish Style Caramelized Eggplant Stuffed with Stewed Vegetables, Tahini and Raita
• Walnut Baklava with Cultured Cream

– All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.
– All classes are non-refundable, although you can send a friend in your place!
– Unless noted, participants must be at least 19 years of age to attend/participate in our classes.
