Learn how to make your own Haloumi cheese. 

Join Paula Maddison who has been teaching the lost art of cheese making for over 5 years.  Paula will demystify the process behind hand crafting your own cheeses.  You will also learn about the history, science and ingredients used in both traditional and standardized cheese making.  In this class, Paula will walk you through making Haloumi cheese, students will enjoy the cheese made in class and take home instructions, cultures and the ingredients necessary to make their own Haloumi at home.

– All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.
– All classes are non-refundable, although you can send a friend in your place!
