Meet Koto at KOTO Salon, open three years this September. Koto, who lives nearby, is originally from Tokyo, and studied hair design and styling in London, England. “I love this area because it is special,” said Koto. “People here are kind. They’re natural. They’re easy to communicate with.” Koto loves getting to know her clients, and helping them look and feel their best. “I like to spend time and connect with people,” she says.
