12-5 pm at Trout Lake (3350 Victoria Drive, Vancouver)
The Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre is hosting the following festivities on National Indigenous Peoples Day:
Pancake Breakfast: The breakfast will be held from 9 to 11 am at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre.
Friendship Walk: The parade will start at 11 am at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre and will make its way to Trout Lake along Commercial Drive.
Community Festival: The festival will be held from 12 to 5 pm at Trout Lake where there will be community festivities, including a Teepee Village, pow-wow dancing with a drum group, entertainment, vendors and an art display.
