Meet Chef Brad Miller, owner of The Red Wagon at 2296 E. Hastings. The popular diner opened three years ago, and quickly became famous for its signature pulled pork pancakes in Jack Daniels syrup (drawing the attention of the Food Network’s Guy Fieri). Now one of Vancouver’s top breakfast spots, they’re also open for lunch and dinner, and make a great burger too. “I like to make people happy,” says Brad. “Pleasing customers is very satisfying.” Brad, who lives nearby, loves the area. “I’ve lived in many places in Vancouver, but this is the one I like best.
