Meet Jesse and Dave at Windsor Meat Co. East Village, 2267 E. Hastings. Dave and Jesse have worked for Windsor Meat Co. for almost 5 years, and are excited to be working at their newest location in the old Moccia & Urbani storefront. So far, they love their new home. “People are very friendly and eclectic,” said Dave “People here are health conscious, they’re looking for specialty artisan products, which is great for us because that’s all we sell.” Dave takes pride in sourcing local meats and creating whatever interesting and exciting meat products their imaginations allow.
